A) I think that if you use technology properly instead of playing flash games yes it is productive. if you jack around on the Internet you are most likely not to finish your work. i think it depends on how you use it.
B) The consequences of multi tasking is you usually do a crappy job at what your doing. for example if i try to drive and text a do a sloppy job at one of these things. if a pay more attention to the road instead of my phone my texts don't make much sense but if i pay more attention to my phone then a crash and die. a little extreme i know but it happens!
C) No its not true. i think that since we has easy access we can find more info in a faster time. i think its weather or not we choose to look for knowledge or not but if we do have to look its easy and fast.
